Home Owner's Insurance - Declaration Page and paid receipt Lender Underwriting requirements: e.g., gift letter, credit letter Verify closing time and date and directions to the office If refinance, provide existing loan information If buying property, include: Sales contract with all exhibits and addendums Transfer utilities - Electricity, gas, water, trash If company, corporate resolution or operating agreement	Copy of Warranty Deed with legal description Payoff information on all loans, Name of lender, account number, telephone number Home Owner Association contact name and telephone number Notify office of any potential title issues, e.g., divorce, bankruptcy, back taxes, etc. Forwarding address Social security number (or, Tax ID number if company) Termite letter if required by Buyer's lender or Sales Contract If company, corporate resolution or operating agreement If Non-resident or alien, state witholding information Verify closing time, date, and directions to the office
